Our standard lead time is 9-11 weeks from the approval of your design drawing. Since each of our tables is handmade by skilled artisans, the production process takes time to ensure the highest quality. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and never rush our orders, but we’ll keep you updated with progress photos throughout production.

Once your table has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s journey through our online portal by entering your tracking code. If you have any issues or can’t locate your tracking information, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll gladly assist you.

While we aim for timely delivery, weather conditions, flight disruptions, and logistical issues may occasionally delay shipping. If your delivery is delayed, we will do our best to inform you and provide an updated timeline. If you have concerns about the status of your order, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on our tables, covering defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or external factors like pets. If you encounter any issues, please reach out within 6 months of receiving your table, and we’ll work to resolve it.

To ensure your table arrives safely, we pack it securely in a custom-designed wooden box. This protective packaging is ideal for safeguarding your furniture during transit. We recommend saving the packaging in case you need to move or store your table again in the future.
