Refund Policy
Our goal at CREATEATABLE is to provide top-quality, handcrafted furniture tailored to each individual customer.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with a valid reason are accepted within 6 hours of placing an order.
Once an item is in transit for delivery and production, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders cancelled after 72 hours of placement will incur a 35% cancellation fee.
Return Policy:
- Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items that have a product defect. Customized products are non-refundable.
- Custom showroom items and special orders are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, with assistance available upon request.
- Items must be in “as-new” condition to avoid restoration charges.
- A 35% restocking fee will be applied for returned items pending inspection.
- We cannot offer refunds or compensation for issues relating to acts of nature, war, pandemics or other disasters.
Quality Assurance:
- All items undergo thorough quality checks before delivery.
- In the event of receiving a wrong, damaged, or faulty item, please provide detailed descriptions and photographs for resolution. We will provide a partial refund for products respectively.
- Damage incurred during home assembly is not covered.
- Natural characteristics of wood, such as knots, cracks, and variations, are celebrated and not considered valid reasons for return or refund.
Material Information:
- Our timber is of high quality and may include natural imperfections.
- Wood may experience minor dimension changes due to environmental factors, which can often be addressed in the furniture’s environment. We cannot accept returns based solely on such changes.
- Returns due to climate or environmental changes are not accepted.
- Wood is suitable for indoor use but may experience dimensional changes due to temperature or humidity fluctuations. Adjusting the environment can help resolve such issues.
Disputes:
We understand that disputes with financial institutions can be a source of frustration and stress for our customers, and we want to support you through this process as best we can. Please contact us directly if you have any issues or concerns with your purchase. We will work with you to find a solution that is fair and reasonable. If the dispute escalates to the bank, we will respect their decision and comply with it, regardless of the outcome.
In the event that a customer disputes a payment with their financial institution, we will cooperate with the bank’s investigation and provide any necessary documentation to support our position. If the dispute escalates and a decision is made by the bank, we will respect and abide by their decision, whether it is in our favor or the customer’s. We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns or issues regarding their purchase before filing a dispute with their bank.
