Return & Refund Policy
Our goal at CREATEATABLE is to provide top-quality, handcrafted furniture tailored to each individual customer. We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver exceptional pieces that will last a lifetime. Please review our policies below regarding cancellations, returns, and damages.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations within 36 hours of placing the order will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of placing the order will incur a 35% cancellation fee, which reflects costs already incurred for materials, production, and order processing.
- In Transit: Once an item is in transit for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Damages & Issues in Transit (For All Orders)
We take pride in our rigorous quality control and specialized LTL freight packaging. However, if your table arrives damaged or defective due to transit:
- Please contact us at support@createatable.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include detailed descriptions and clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the table itself.
- We will take full responsibility to repair or replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
Note: Damage incurred during customer's home assembly is not covered.
3. Return Policy for Standard Items
For non-customized pieces, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Condition
Items must be in their original, "as-new," and unused condition.
Fees
- A 15%–35% restocking fee will apply depending on inspection and processing requirements.
- The restocking fee will apply to all approved returns to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs associated with natural wood and resin furniture production.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of verified product defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items received.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs. Assistance in arranging freight is available upon request.
Notice
Custom Tables — Custom tables are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Each piece is made to the customer's exact specifications and cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
In-Stock Tables — Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 business days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Because custom showroom items, special orders, and epoxy tables are crafted specifically to your exact specifications (wood grain, resin color, and dimensions), they are final sale and non-returnable for buyer's remorse.
Your investment is fully protected by our 6-Month Warranty against manufacturing defects.
5. Natural Wood Characteristics & Environment
Our timber is of the highest quality. Please note the following regarding natural wood:
Natural Imperfections
Natural characteristics such as knots, cracks, and grain variations are celebrated as unique features of handcrafted wood and are not considered defects or valid reasons for return.
Environmental Factors
Wood breathes and is suitable for indoor use, but it may experience minor dimensional changes due to temperature or humidity fluctuations in its new environment. Adjusting your home's climate can often resolve these issues. Returns based solely on natural climate or environmental changes are not accepted.
6. Disputes & Resolutions
We understand that financial disputes can be stressful. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions to any concerns you may have.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at Createa Table before filing a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. If a dispute is escalated to a bank, we will cooperate fully with their investigation and respect their final decision.
