How Is The Product Packed And Shipped?
Our products are carefully packaged for safe transportation. Each slab is securely wrapped with protective blankets and placed in sturdy wood crates to prevent any damage during transit. Rest assured, your item will arrive in pristine condition.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. Please note that there may be a delay in the courier scanning and updating the tracking information.
How To Change My Delivered Address?
Pay attention when ordering addresses, CREATEATABLE cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (support@createatable.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can’t change the address once the item was dispatched.
My Order Has Not Arrived Yet? Why?
Due to adverse weather conditions or logistical delays with flights, delivery of your purchased products may be delayed. While some packages may arrive early, others might experience shipping delays, primarily if you reside in a more remote area. I Have Received Only Part Of My Shipment, Where Are The Other Items?
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, some parcels can experience shipping delays while others do not. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
