Unloading Service Options

Table Length Under 90 Inches - Truck Unloads
- For tables that are under 90 inches in length, the truck will handle the unloading at no extra cost.

Table Length Over 90 Inches - Customer Unloads (Recommended: 3-6 people)
- For tables longer than 90 inches, you will need to unload the table yourself. We recommend having 3-6 people available to help with unloading.

Table Length Over 90 Inches - Unloading by Trucking Company (+ $600 USD)
- If your table is over 90 inches in length, the trucking company will handle the unloading for an additional charge of $600 USD. Note: Truck unloading is not recommended as it tends to be more expensive. This is because the truck needs to rent a forklift, and a forklift operator must accompany the truck for unloading. Renting the forklift and operator typically requires a full day, resulting in high labor costs. For a more cost-effective solution, we recommend arranging a forklift rental locally near your location, which can help save on these expenses.

Table Length Over 90 Inches - Unloading by Trucking Company and Installation by Professional Installer (+ $800 USD)
- For tables over 90 inches in length, the trucking company will handle the unloading for an additional charge of $600. Installation will be handled by a professional installer (not affiliated with the trucking company). The total cost for both unloading and installation is $800 USD. This service includes unloading the table and professionally setting it up in your desired location.
Delivery Details: Your table will be delivered by truck directly to your doorstep. However, if there are delivery restrictions, such as narrow streets, one-way roads, construction zones, or hilly terrain, and the truck cannot reach your door, you will need to unload the table at the nearest point where the truck can stop.
Note: We deliver customer tables to your doorstep by truck. Please keep in mind that for truck delivery, there is only one truck driver, and the truck driver's unloading capacity is limited.
Expedited Shipping
For those in a hurry or shipping to non-contiguous states and international destinations, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, remote areas, and Canada, CREATEATABLE provides expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

How Is The Product Packed And Shipped?
Our products are carefully packaged for safe transportation. Each slab is securely wrapped with protective blankets and placed in sturdy wood crates to prevent any damage during transit. Rest assured, your item will arrive in pristine condition.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. Please note that there may be a delay in the courier scanning and updating the tracking information.
How To Change My Delivered Address?
Pay attention when ordering addresses, CREATEATABLE cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (support@createatable.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can’t change the address once the item was dispatched.
My Order Has Not Arrived Yet? Why?
Due to adverse weather conditions or logistical delays with flights, delivery of your purchased products may be delayed. While some packages may arrive early, others might experience shipping delays, primarily if you reside in a more remote area. If you encounter any issues, please ‘CONTACT US‘ or email support@createatable.com.
I Have Received Only Part Of My Shipment, Where Are The Other Items?
We ship from different warehouses using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, some parcels can experience shipping delays while others do not. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
