Welcome to CREATEATABLE! We’re thrilled to guide you through our ordering process for your custom epoxy tables. Follow these easy steps to place your order:

Step 1: Browse Our Website

Start by exploring our website to find a style you love. We offer a variety of options, including:

• Walnut Tables
• Olive Wood Tables
• Poplar Wood Tables

If you have specific needs, check out our Design Your Epoxy Table option. For any questions, feel free to contact us at support@createatable.com. We're happy to assist with custom designs and other inquiries!

Step 2: Select Your Custom Options

Once you've chosen your desired table style, customize it by selecting:

• Table Size: Choose the dimensions that suit your space.

• Leg Style: Pick the legs that best complement your design.

• Shipping Method: Select your preferred shipping option.

Step 3: Review and Checkout

Make sure all your custom options are correct, then add the item to your cart. Click the checkout button to complete your order.

Tip: Don’t forget to apply any coupon codes during checkout. Enter the code and click Apply to see your discount reflected in the total amount. Then proceed to payment!

Step 4: Order Confirmation

After your payment is completed, we will receive your order information and send you the CAD design drawings for confirmation within 24 hours (to the email address you provided during checkout). Once you approve the design, we’ll move on to confirming production details.

Step 5: Design Confirmation

After confirming the CAD drawings, we’ll share product detail images with you for final confirmation. Once you approve the product details, we will begin production.

Step 6: Final Product Confirmation

Once your product is completed, we will send you images of the finished item for your final approval.

Step 7: Shipping

After you confirm the final product, we will arrange for shipping and provide you with a tracking number to follow your shipment. If you have questions about tracking, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@createatable.com.
